Tré Orona holds nothing back on his debut album: dead renaissance

Tré Orona debuts with ‘Dead Renaissance’; a dark, authentic, and extremely vulnerable saga of a damaged, yet determined and thoughtful man coming to terms with the past and moving forward with grit in his teeth and blood on his shoes. Orona has lost the fear of his mortality and is viewing the world with a newfound perspective that pits him against the “simulation” and the ramifications of that realization.

Orona’s flow is utterly unique, intense, and truly engaging, fitting in bars where they shouldn’t fit and internal rhymes in nearly every line. On the other hand, tracks like ‘Blood Moon’ lend a more free-flowing, spoken word approach that is equally rewarding to the listener. The production is nuanced, diverse, and mixed really well. In addition, it matches the tone and eagerness of Orona’s delivery on every track. The depth and balance of the entire album are quite impressive given this is a debut, and if this is any indication of what comes next for Tré Orona, we have a lot to look forward to. The man is here to stay.

The album is produced by Tsoh Tso FKA Whatever Cecil of Fang Over Fist Records, a music collective based out of Flagstaff, Arizona.
